Orlando, FL – August 26, 2025 – Every fall, the SCRS Global Site Solutions Summit gathers people who live and breathe clinical research. It isn’t just about PowerPoints or panels, it’s about swapping stories, comparing scars, and, hopefully, walking away with new ideas. This year, Revival Research Institute, LLC is bringing a strong team to the Summit in Orlando, and if you’re attending, you’ll definitely want to look out for them.

Where to Find Us: Booth #513
The Summit floor is busy. Hundreds of people, plenty of booths, and conversations that stretch from early morning to late evening. Revival Research Institute will be at Booth #513, and we’re not just saying “swing by” out of routine. Come meet the people who keep our sites running every day.
- Mazhar Jaffry
President & CEO - Ravi Alla
Director of Clinical Administration - Sikar Grewal:
Director of Clinical Research - Nicole Stiff
Corporate Operations & Business Development Manager - Natalie Perini
Assistant Director, Clinical Operations - Naila Aslam
Clinical Research Manager - Mariajeanette Mari
Clinical Research Coordinator II
Each member representing Revival brings a different voice and experience. Some are on the leadership side, thinking strategy and long-term goals. Others are the ones handling the daily grind managing patients, protocols, and everything that makes a trial work in the real world. If you’ve ever been curious about how a research site balances those two worlds, stop by booth #513 and just ask. Chances are you’ll get an honest answer, maybe with a story or two.
Speaking on What Matters Most
Two members of our team will also step onto the stage, both on Tuesday, September 30, 2025:
- 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm – Inspection Readiness: Avoiding FDA 483s with Mazhar Jaffry
- 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm – Empowered CRCs: Train, Onboard & Build Strong Networks for Success with Ravi Alla
Inspections and coordinator burnout may not sound glamorous but ask anyone in the field, and they’ll tell you these are the issues that keep them up at night. Mazhar’s talk will cut through the noise and share practical ways to prepare for an FDA visit, because no one wants to walk away with a 483.
Ravi’s session focuses on CRCs, the backbone of clinical research. They’re often overworked, sometimes overlooked, and yet their work makes or breaks a study. Ravi will focus on training, support systems, and building networks that actually work.
These aren’t just lectures; they’re conversations we hope to continue long after the sessions end.
Supporting the Wider Community
Revival Research Institute is also honored to sponsor the International Attendee Reception and the First-Time Attendee Reception this year. These gatherings matter more than people realize. For first-time attendees, walking into the Summit can feel like walking into a room where everyone already knows each other. For international visitors, it can be even tougher. By backing these receptions, Revival hopes to make those first conversations easier, friendlier, and more welcoming.
Why We Show Up
It’s tempting to say we’re attending the Summit to share expertise or “drive innovation.” But the truth is a little simpler. We’re here to listen. To ask messy questions. To find out what’s really happening at other sites and share what’s happening at ours.
Yes, we’ll talk data. Yes, we’ll talk compliance. But we’ll also talk about the patient who made us laugh during a visit, or the CRC who found a better way to keep participants engaged. Because research isn’t only about protocols and audits, it’s about people. That’s the perspective we’re bringing to Orlando.
As we head into the Summit, we’re excited for the panels and the receptions. But more than anything, we’re looking forward to the conversations, the real ones that happen when the presentations are over, and the notebooks are closed.
