Revival Advances Clinical Research Collaboration at the SCRS 2026

Orlando, FL – October 2026 – Revival Research Institute has been recognized with the Bright Idea Award at the SCRS Global Site Solutions Summit 2026 in Orlando, Florida, marking the second time the organization has received this recognition. The award celebrates practical innovation that addresses real-world challenges in clinical research and supports more efficient trial execution.

This year’s recognition followed an on-the-spot pitch invitation from the SCRS team. Abhishek Dhillon represented Revival Research Institute, presenting an AI-powered solution designed to reduce avoidable data entry errors and sponsor queries.

An AI-Powered Approach to Proactive Data Quality

At the center of the winning idea is an AI-powered quality-checking tool integrated into Revival’s Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) workflow. The tool reviews electronic source documentation (eSource) as Clinical Research Coordinators (CRCs) complete it, flagging potential errors, inconsistencies, and missing or questionable data before information reaches the sponsor’s Electronic Data Capture (EDC) system.

Previously, discrepancies between source documentation and EDC entries could lead to sponsor queries, additional rework, and delays in query resolution. By identifying potential issues earlier, the solution shifts data quality management from reactive correction to proactive prevention.

What This Means for Clinical Research Partners

The approach is designed to reduce avoidable queries, support more accurate EDC submissions, and strengthen communication between CRCs and data entry teams. By addressing discrepancies at the point of documentation, research staff can dedicate more time to participant safety, protocol compliance, and efficient study execution.

The initiative demonstrates how practical AI integration into existing clinical research workflows can strengthen data integrity while supporting operational efficiency.

Building on a Legacy of Innovation

This achievement builds on Revival’s 2024 Bright Idea Award win, when the organization introduced AI-powered performance metrics within its CTMS to provide sponsors with an objective, data-driven view of site performance.

With two Bright Idea Awards recognizing distinct innovations, Revival continues to focus on developing practical solutions that address site-level challenges and strengthen collaboration with sponsors and CROs.

For Revival, innovation means more than adopting new technology. It means creating meaningful improvements that support reliable data, stronger partnerships, and quality clinical trial delivery.
