Experience
Dr. Ghazal worked as a patient consultant from 2020 to 2022. This hands-on experience allowed her to understand patient needs, communication, and the intricacies of healthcare delivery. Subsequently, she joined the pharmaceutical sector as a pharmacist from 2022 to 2023, gaining valuable insights into drug development, quality control, patient safety, knowledge of DRAP laws, WHO guidelines, pharmacovigilance, GMP, GLP, QMS and EHS standards and regulatory affairs. Dr. Ghazal’s passion lies in research and clinical studies. From her undergraduate years up till now, she has been actively involved in medical research. Her curiosity drives her to explore new avenues, analyze data, and contribute to advancements in healthcare. Her proficiency extends to both methodologies qualitative and quantitative research. After gaining exposure to pharmaceuticals, Dr. Ghazal made a pivotal decision to pursue her passion for research by joining a reputable clinical research organization. Her role involves designing and conducting studies, analyzing results, and contributing to evidence-based practices. Her commitment to improving patient outcomes remains unwavering.
Beyond her research endeavors, Dr. Ghazal wears another hat: that of an NLP trainer. Her expertise in NLP allows her to empower individuals by enhancing their communication skills, mindset, and personal development. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Jinnah University for Women in Karachi, specializing in Pharmacy. Her training at her parent institute equipped her with the necessary skills and knowledge to make a difference in the healthcare industry. In 2021, Dr. Ghazal Iftikhar took a significant step forward by joining Ziauddin University for her MBA in Health Management Science. This decision allowed her to explore the intersection of healthcare and management, preparing her for leadership roles in the industry. Her dedication and commitment to learning led her to excel in her studies.
