Do you suffer from cardiovascular diseases and chronic kidney disease at the same time?
To help reduce the burden of heart and kidney diseases, Revival Research Institute is conducting a clinical research study. We are currently enrolling volunteers in a phase 3 clinical trial on an investigational medication for chronic kidney disease and cardiovascular diseases. The goal of this study is to observe whether the study drug could reduce CKD symptoms, which is one of the leading causes of cardiovascular diseases.

Pulmonary Hypertension and Heart Failure
We invite you to participate in the heart failure and pulmonary hypertension clinical trials in Sherman, Texas. Revival Research Institute is conducting a phase 3, cardiology clinical trial aiming to study the safety and efficacy of an investigational therapy for heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. If you’re between 18 to 85 years of age, have been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension with heart failure and preserved ejection fraction (as verified by right heart catheterization), and meet specific criteria, you may be able to participate. Your participation could help us learn if the study drug is effective in improving people’s health outcomes. During your trial, you will receive expert study-related care from experienced physicians. Participation is free of cost and no insurance is required.

Heart Ultrasound
Want us to help you learn more about your heart health?
An ultrasound of the heart gives a visual representation of the heart’s structures and how they function. During this test, a healthcare professional places a portable devices on the chest, emitting high-frequency sound waves (ultrasound), to capture images of the heart’s valves and chambers. This aids in assessing the heart’s pumping function and detecting any abnormalities.
Revival Research Institute is conducting multiple clinical research in Cardiology including this research study for Heart Ultrasound, investigating the effectiveness of a new ultrasound system. Our participants may include people with heart abnormalities (atrial fibrillation, congestive heart failure, cardiomyopathy, pericardial effusion, and heart valve disease) as well as individuals with healthy hearts.

Atrial Fibrillation
Do you suffer from stuttering heartbeats?
Atrial Fibrillation (AFib) is the most common type of treated heart arrythmia. When a person has AFib, the upper chambers of his/her heart encounters issues resulting in improper blood flow from atria to lower chambers of heart. This condition may occur in short intervals, or it may be a permanent condition.
The purpose of this Atrial Fibrillation Clinical Trials is to investigate the safety and efficacy of a potential new study drug that may reduce the risk of blood clot formation. If you or someone you love has been diagnosed with AFib, enrolling in our clinical research in cardiology that may help.

Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease (ASCVD)
Do you suffer from Cardiovascular Diseases and have elevated levels of cholesterol?
Cardiovascular diseases and their complications are one of the leading causes of death in the United States and worldwide. To help reduce the burden of heart diseases, Revival Research Institute is conducting Clinical Research in Cardiology. We are currently enrolling volunteers in a Phase 3 Clinical Trial on an investigational medication for Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease. The goal of this study is to observe whether the study drug could reduce cholesterol levels, which is one of the leading causes of cardiovascular diseases.

Hypertension (High Blood Pressure)
Are you struggling to meet your blood pressure goals?
Revival Research Institute is conducting multiple Clinical Research in Cardiology, including a phase 2 research study that may help Cardiologists evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational drug as an add-on therapy (with the standard of care anti-hypertensive medications) that might help people with high blood pressures. The purpose of the study is to learn if taking the investigational medication, along with the regular standard of care, may lower high blood pressure. An ABPM device (Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring) may help assess the changes in blood pressure.

Heart Failure
Participate in the clinical trials for heart failure through our heart failure clinical trials in Michigan. Revival Research Institute is conducting a phase 2, cardiology clinical trial aiming to study the safety and efficacy of an investigational therapy for heart failure. If you’re above 18, experiencing symptomatic heart failure, and meet specific criteria, you can participate. Your participation could help us learn if this treatment for heart failure will be effective. Participation in the study will last for approximately 24 weeks and you will receive expert study-related care from experienced physicians. Participation is free of cost and no insurance is required.

Acute Coronary Syndrome
Have you recently suffered from a heart attack?
We are conducting phase 3 clinical trials for people who’ve suffered from a recent heart attack (also known as myocardial infarction). This condition occurs when there’s a blockage in the blood vessels supplying blood to the heart (called a coronary artery). The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of an investigational medication that may help reduce the risk of heart attack or stroke.

Acute Myocardial Infarction
Have you ever had a heart attack or are you at risk of heart failure?
Revival Research Institute is conducting clinical research in cardiology, including a phase 3 research study to help doctors or cardiologist understand if an investigational drug might help people who have been hospitalized for a heart attack. The purpose of the study is to learn if taking the investigational medication, along with the regular standard of care, may lower the risk of heart failure which may be more likely to happen after a heart attack.

Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia
Have you ever experienced Paroxysmal Supraventricular Tachycardia (PSVT) – a rapid heartbeat that starts and stops without a warning?
Oftentimes, individuals experiencing an episode of PSVT will need to visit a cardiologist or an emergency room for intravenous treatment to stop the episode. Revival Research Institute is conducting phase 2 research studies on alternative treatment options for those with PSVT. We’re studying the safety and efficacy of a study drug to observe if it’s effective in stopping an episode.

Angina Pectoris
Do you suffer from chest pain while doing certain activities?
It could be chronic, stable angina pectoris. This condition causes predictable chest pain due to plaque buildup in the blood vessels of the heart. Revival Research Institute is conducting a phase 3 clinical trial to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and effectiveness of a study drug that may be able to improve exercise performance and reduce the frequency of angina pectoris.

Screening Undiagnosed Atrial Fibrillation
Do you suffer from atrial fibrillation (AFib) or in other words, cardiac arrhythmia?
This condition commonly leads to strokes which are potentially preventable by appropriate treatment with oral anticoagulation (OAC). Undiagnosed Afib is a substantial public health issue that can be prevented with effective screening and diagnostic tools. Our experienced cardiologist & clinical research operations staff are conducting a research study to detect Atrial Fibrillation in patients who have not been diagnosed with AFib. The proposed study will provide data to show that screening for AFib reduces stroke risk and provides a clinical benefit compared to usual care.
