Our Principal Investigator

Dr. Syed Shariq Ahmed Saghir is a Nephrologist practicing in McKinney and Sherman, Texas. Specializing in acute renal failure, chronic renal failure and dialysis, and hypertension, Dr. Saghir has expertise in hypertension, chronic kidney disease, glomerular disease, and anti-glomerular basement membrane disease.

Board-certified in both nephrology and internal medicine, Dr. Saghir has been practicing in North Texas for approximately 24 years. He also has a keen interest in clinical research, contributing to the advancement of nephrology through his involvement in various studies and publications. With extensive experience in both research and hospital settings, Dr. Saghir is a valuable addition to our network of investigators.
